Postage Party for postcard mailing
Our mailing list has grown to over 650 names, but it was no match for the eight members in attendance. In less than 20 minutes all of the address labels and postage stamps had been applied to the postcards.

Studio Tour
Everyone at the meeting who had participated in the Studio Tour felt that it was worthwhile. It was suggested that the flier would have been more effective if there had been a short description of each artists’ works following the directions to their locations.

Sales Tax reminder
For the members participating in the Holiday Sale, you need to pre-register for this event with the City of Grand Junction. Since the sale will be held in December, the sales tax that is collected will not need to be remitted until the 20th of January. For information and forms. I will have the sheets with the sales price with tax included n even dollars and the actual sales price at the Holiday Sale for those who would like them.
