The December meeting was held on Thursday the 3rd at the Mesa State College ceramics studio.  Beginning at 6:00 pm, attendees were Ron Cloyd, Deb Stewart, Pat Feinberg, Joanie Post, Bob Walsh, Ruth McCrae, Susan Wallace, Wayne Petefish, Daphna Russell, Carol Ann Rasmussen, Harold Snider, Carol Proud, Ben and Mary McFarlin, Gen Morris, Nancy Lloyd, Bob and Sharyl Peterson,   Beth Walker, Mickie Harshman, Annie Standfield, Jake Allee and Tim Wedel.

We had a new member join us at this meeting; a big welcome goes to Ashtonn Means, we are glad to have you join us!

Business included an update on the show at the Great Frame Up.  Set up for this show will begin at noon on Friday, Dec. 11th.  The setup committee will be led by Pat Feinberg, and consist of Gen, Annie, and Susan.  Doors will open for the show at 4:00pm.  If you are participating, please bring something to put on the appetizer table. 

We discussed the upcoming workshop with Steven Hill.  This is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend.  If you are planning on participating in this please let Bob Walsh or Ron know ASAP, so we can get a final headcount.  If it doesn’t fill up quickly, Bob is going to advertise nationally.

Officers were elected at this meeting.  Ron Cloyd was re-elected as president, Harold Snider will remain in the vice president position, and will also take over as treasurer.

The January meeting will be a potluck at Ron and Dixie’s house, more to come on this.  There will be a gift exchange like we did last year, and Spouses / significant others are invited.

We were treated to a slide presentation by Jake Allee, showing and describing his travels in Cambodia. This  was definitely one that will create memories for all of us, Thanks Jake!!!
