The March meeting was held and Ben and Mary’s studio on Thursday, the 3rd.  Members in attendance were Ron Cloyd, Deb Stewart, Daphna Russell, Betty Cotter, Wayne Petefish, Joanie Post, Pat Feinberg, Ruth McCrea, Gen Morris, Ben and Mary McFarlin, Ashtonn Means, and Lindaa McBride.
We discussed the upcoming exhibit at the KAFM Radio Room, delivery and setup instructions will be sent to everyone shortly, the show will run for the months of April and May.  They are asking for mostly wall pieces with 5 or 6 pedestals available I will send out and inquiry for participant’s headcount as a separate email.
There was also considerable discussion concerning the guild’s website, and how members can get their work posted.  I will follow through with our web designer (Andrea Metz) to begin getting members better access.  I would also like to form a member committee to help determine what direction we want to take the website, and what members would like to use it for.  I will be asking for volunteers in weeks to come.  If you are interested in being part of this committee please let me know.
We also have the potential to post individual pages on the guild’s Facebook page.  There will be additional inquiries of interest for this in the near future.
Reminders for future exhibits, we are booked at the Creamery in Hotchkiss for the month of June, and the Art Center in September.
