Artist Statement
"This Artist's" Approach to Clay
My work is inspired by the spectular geology and ecosystems surrounding my home in the high desert of Western Colorado. I see color and texture in every aspect of my surroundings, and find myself coaxing the clay to mimic the visions I have.
